Refund Policy

Our policy period is 14 days from when you receive your products, after which, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaging/condition it was received in.

Non-returnable items:                                                                                                                     
- Hazardous or flammable gasses.

If you are returning a cigar, the seal/label must not be broken. Each cigar that is returned is inspected upon its arrival when returned. It will then be determined if your product is available for a refund or possible exchange of the same product. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your returned item is approved, received, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


How To Make A Return

  • Email customer service at to let us know your reason for return.
  • Specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.
  • Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued. You are responsible for returned items shipping payments and fees.
